1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting options, and related features of the bj77f platform. Any person residing in or located in Bangladesh who uses the bj77f website or mobile platform is bound by these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bj77f support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts may be cancelled and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

3.4 Updating Information

If your contact details, mobile number, or payment information on your account changes, you must update them promptly. bj77f will not be responsible for any loss resulting from outdated information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bj77f currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional time may be required if verification is needed.

4.4 Transaction Verification

bj77f reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held. Payment methods used must be registered in the same person's name.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bj77f offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• bj77f reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If any bonus is claimed through misuse or fraudulent means, it will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

bj77f maintains four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; Platinum — up to 1.0%. Tiers are advanced through regular betting activity.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

bj77f follows Fair Play principles. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be manipulated by any party.

6.2 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final only when the system has fully accepted it and a confirmation is displayed. Incomplete bets due to technical errors may be considered void.

6.3 Technical Issues

bj77f will not be responsible for game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device failure. However, in the case of server-side errors, bj77f will endeavor to provide appropriate compensation to affected users.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. In the event of any dispute, bj77f's decision shall be considered final. If a match is cancelled, the bet is voided and the funds are returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj77f platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to infiltrate or hack the system.
• Using software bots or automation tools in any game.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Exploiting any technical glitch in the system dishonestly.

If such activities are detected, the account will be cancelled immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

bj77f strives to operate a reliable platform, however liability is limited in the following areas:

• Unexpected technical disruptions or server downtime.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Financial loss resulting from losing bets — losing at gambling is a normal possibility.

bj77f is not liable for any direct or indirect special damages. The maximum liability is limited to the current balance in the user's account.
